We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team.

Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. 

The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Active supplier development to ensure high quality standards
  • Establishment of a stable network with key suppliers
  • Supplier audits based on defined standards
  • Quality agreements with suppliers
  • Identification of opportunities for optimisation in supplier processes and implementation of appropriate measures
  • Monitoring of supplier performance (KPIs: on-time delivery, lead time, defect rate, corrective actions/NCRs)
  • Measurable improvement in supplier quality through targeted corrective actions
  • Support for problem-solving, root cause analysis and corrective measures (PDCA)
  • Analysis of quality data and preparation of reports on supplier performance
  • Close communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to prevent defects

Your profile

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Successful completion of auditor training would be an advantage
  • Substantial professional experience as a quality specialist in the field of supplier quality
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools, particularly Power BI
  • Strong assertiveness and a highly solution-oriented approach
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to network effectively
  • Confident manner when dealing with external partners and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel 40–50 per cent of the time to work on-site at suppliers’ premises is required
  • Fluent in English and German
