Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.  
 
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

The Information Security Officer is responsible for maintaining, improving and operationalising the company’s information security strategy and Information Security Management System, ensuring that security governance, risk management, policies and controls are embedded across the organisation. In addition to the ISO responsibilities, the role also covers the CISO function by providing security leadership, cyber risk oversight, executive reporting, regulatory alignment and governance for the protection of business-critical systems, data and intellectual property across office, factory and trackside environments.
   
This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Information Security Management System, including policies, procedures, risk registers, controls and evidence documentation
  • Act as the company’s CISO function by providing security leadership, governance oversight, cyber risk direction and regular reporting to IT leadership and management
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including ISO/IEC27001-related activities, follow-up actions and management reporting
  • Perform information security risk assessments for systems, projects,suppliers and business processes, and ensure mitigation actions are tracked to completion
  • Support incident response, vulnerability management, security awareness activities and the implementation of technical and organisational security controls
  • Oversee IT asset management processes, including asset inventory accuracy, lifecycle tracking, license compliance, ownership assignment and alignment with security requirements
  • Advise stakeholders on information security, data protection and secure-by-design requirements for new initiatives,applications and infrastructure changes

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in information security, IT risk management, governance, compliance or IT audit
  • Experience operating in supporting or deputising for a CISO function, including security governance, cyber risk oversight, executive reporting and security strategy execution
  • Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, information security controls, risk management methods and audit preparation
  • Good understanding of GDPR, data protection principles, supplier security reviews and security requirements in complex technology environments
  • Experience with IT asset management, software license governance, hardware lifecycle processes and maintaining accurate asset data for audit and compliance purposes
  • Experience working with technical teams on vulnerability management, incident handling, identity and access management, endpoint security or cloud security
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate security topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CRISC or equivalent
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills and experience in motorsport, automotive, manufacturing or highly regulated environments will be considered an advantage
