Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
Running-in and supervision of highly complex milled components, as well as the independent implementation of process-relevant modifications.
Continuous optimization of milling processes in close collaboration with the internal CAM programming department.
Demanding manufacturing on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers equipped with Heidenhain TNC640 control systems.
Loading and prioritization of prototypes, individual parts, and small batch series utilizing the latest robotics technology.
Full responsibility for component accuracy, along with the comprehensive monitoring of the entire production workflow.
Coordination of the overall process, ranging from material procurement to the final quality inspection of the workpieces.
Ensuring optimal utilization of machine runtimes through deployment within a standard 2-shift operation.
Your profile
Successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic (EFZ) or a comparable technical qualification.
Solid practical experience in the independent operation of 5-axis machines.
In-depth knowledge of Heidenhain control systems, with specific experience operating the TNC640 version considered a significant advantage.
Strong quality awareness coupled with a highly independent, systematic, and precise working methodology.
Fluent German language skills for daily work routines; additional English language proficiency is advantageous.
