Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. 

The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Work within the Trackside Infrastructure department supporting maintenance, servicing, and logistics.
  • Assist with the integration of new equipment and infrastructure.
  • Build and assemble new infrastructure and pit equipment, and carry out updates on existing equipment.
  • Two to five years of experience in motorsport working as an infrastructure technician, with Formula 1 experience being desirable.
  • Hold electrical qualifications or have significant knowledge of electrical installations, and ideally possess experience with design programmes such as CAD, CATIA, or Solidworks.
  • Capable of handling hands-on, practical tasks such as freight loading, and willing and able to travel to events if required.
  • Positive personality, flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Your profile

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in motorsport working as an infrastructure technician, with Formula 1 experience being desirable.
  • Electrical qualifications or significant knowledge of electrical installations, and ideally possessing experience with design programmes such as CAD, CATIA, or Solidworks.
  • Capable of handling hands-on, practical tasks such as freight loading, and willing and able to travel to events if required.
  • Positive personality, flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong all-round technician with good problem-solving and fabrication skills, consistently working in a clean and orderly fashion to ensure high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively as part of a team, and always ready to help and support fellow team members home and away.
  • Self-motivated, confident to complete tasks alone, with great attention to detail, and a strong commitment to a "zero mistake" culture.
  • Fluent in English.
