We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. 
  
Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.  
 
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

The Caretaker supports the day-to-day operation of the buildings and ensures that facilities, technical equipment and general infrastructure are maintained in a safe, functional and presentable condition. The role is highly operational and requires a hands-on approach, fast response times and close coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
 
The Facility Management team is responsible for ensuring smooth building operations, supporting employees in their daily work environment and coordinating maintenance, services and infrastructure topics across the site.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Carry out daily operational caretaker tasks across the site
  • Perform routine inspections of buildings, rooms and technical equipment
  • Support with minor repairs, adjustments and general maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors on site
  • Ensure that rooms, common areas and infrastructure are functional and in good condition
  • Support with waste handling, deliveries and logistics-related tasks where required

Your profile

  • Experience in an industrial or technical environment
  • Additional qualification in facility services, maintenance or building operations
  • Excellent people leadership and experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Forklift licence or other relevant technical certifications
  • Reliable and hands-on working style
  • Strong service mindset and good communication skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Basic IT user skills for tickets, emails and documentation
  • Organised and structured way of working
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Fluency in English would be desirable
