Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

Your mission
- Load advanced cutting programs according to production orders and CAD data to manufacture critical aerodynamic and chassis components.
- Optimize material usage through advanced nesting techniques and layout verification to maximize composite yield.
- Set up, operate, and continuously monitor automated cutting machines to maintain our rigorous production schedule.
- Sort, label, and package finished cut pieces to ensure seamless integration into the cleanroom assembly process.
- Manage raw material lifecycles, keeping the PrePreg stock up to date and ensuring correct out-time control.
- Receive, inspect, and safely store sensitive raw materials and finished pieces in a specialized freezer environment at -20°C.
- Prepare internal and external material orders, coordinating closely with logistics to meet strict grid deadlines.
Your profile
- Successfully completed apprenticeship, ideally within a technical or manufacturing profession.
- Demonstrated physical fitness and a willingness to work shift patterns to support high-tempo racing operations.
- Previous experience operating digital cutting systems, such as Zünd or Gerber, is highly desirable. Familiarity with composite and PrePreg materials, or an understanding of high-tech manufacturing workflows.
- Basic IT proficiency with Word and Excel, alongside an enjoyment of operating computer-based machinery.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, stress tolerance, and a calm demeanor under the pressure of motorsport deadlines.
- An team player with strict organizational discipline and a strong 5S cleanliness mindset.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of German is a major advantage.
