Das Team ist an drei Standorten vertreten. Das Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Deutschland, gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Formula 1 Factory der Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Das Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, befindet sich in der Aufbauphase und wächst kontinuierlich. Die Power Unit stammt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Chassis Development und den Race Operations verantwortlich ist.

Diese Position für das Audi Revolut F1® Team ist bei der Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Schweiz) angesiedelt.

Deine Aufgabe

Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des Projekteinkaufs sowie Entwicklung von Beschaffungs- und Sourcing-Strategien
Systematische Verhandlung von Einkaufsumfängen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
Aktives Lieferantenmanagement und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Netzwerks
Operative Abwicklung von der Offertanfrage über die Bestellung bis zur Terminüberwachung
Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen Lieferanten, Technik, Projektleitung und Fertigung
Unterstützung bei der Lieferantenauswahl durch Potenzial-Analysen und Audits
Abstimmung von Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen sowie Vermittlung von Spezifikationen und Lastenheften
Durchführung von Abnahmen und Prozessaudits direkt bei den Lieferanten vor Ort
Bearbeitung von Abweichmeldungen und Unterstützung bei komplexen Zulieferteilproblemen
Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen mittels Kennzahlen-Reporting und Benchmarking

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundbildung mit fundierter Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf
Weiterbildung zum Einkaufsfachmann (mit eidg. Fachausweis) oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium
Gutes technisches Verständnis und fundierte analytische Fähigkeiten
Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
Hohes Mass an Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke für die interne und externe Zusammenarbeit
Erfahrung in der Koordination zwischen Qualität, Design und Produktion
Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise im Projektumfeld
Kompetenz in der Lieferantenentwicklung und Qualitätsbewertung
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch -und Englischkentnisse

The team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

Independent execution of project procurement as well as development of procurement and sourcing strategies
Systematic negotiation of procurement scopes considering costs, deadlines, and quality
Active supplier management and continuous development of the existing network
Operational processing from requests for quotation to ordering and deadline monitoring
Interface coordination between suppliers, engineering, project management, and production
Support in supplier selection through potential analyses and audits
Alignment of quality assurance agreements and communication of specifications and requirements
Execution of inspections and process audits directly at the supplier's site
Processing of deviation reports and support with complex supplier part issues
Execution of supplier evaluations through KPI reporting and benchmarking

Your profile

Completed technical or commercial basic training with solid experience in technical purchasing
Further training as a purchasing specialist (with federal certificate) or a completed bachelor's degree
Strong technical understanding and sound analytical skills
Distinct problem-solving competence (e.g., 8D methodology)
High level of assertiveness and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration
Experience in coordination between quality, design, and production
Structured and goal-oriented way of working in a project environment
Competence in supplier development
Proficient German and English language skills
