Audi wird ab 2026 an der FIA Formula 1 World Championship teilnehmen.

Das Team ist an drei Standorten vertreten. Das Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Deutschland, gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Formula 1 Factory der Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Das Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, befindet sich in der Aufbauphase und wächst kontinuierlich. Die Power Unit stammt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Chassis Development und den Race Operations verantwortlich ist.

Deine Aufgabe

Manuelles Nachbearbeiten (schleifen, polieren, bohren, strahlen) von additiv gefertigten Bauteilen für unser Rennfahrzeug, Windkanalmodel und Kundenaufträgen gemäss unseren Qualitätsrichtlinien
Manuelles Bearbeiten der Oberflächen von additiv gefertigter Bauteile gemäss Zeichnung
Nach einer Anlernphase das Bedienen der Produktionsmaschinen

Dein Profil

Freude an einer manuellen Tätigkeit
Handwerkliches Geschick und eine sehr saubere Arbeitsweise
Ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
Gute Deutschkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich (mind. B2)
Selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
Bereit, sich auch ausserhalb üblicher Arbeitszeiten einzusetzen
Vertrauenswürdig und geheimhaltungsfähig
Teamfähig und flexibel auch in Bezug auf Schichtarbeit

The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

Manual reworking (grinding, polishing, drilling, sandblasting) of additively manufactured components for our racing car, wind tunnel model and customer orders in accordance with our quality guidelines.
Manual processing of the surfaces of additively manufactured components according to drawings.
Operating the production machines after a training period

Your profile

Enjoyment of manual work
Manual dexterity and a very clean working style
Good spatial awareness
Good spoken and written German skills (at least B2)
Independent and precise working style
Willingness to work outside normal working hours
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
Team player and flexible, including with regard to shift work
